What are "Wishing Well Workshops" and how can we begin Making Real Connections?

Wishing Well Workshops are social groups where we all have fun while learning important life skills. Specializing in Autism spectrum disorders the range of techniques are useful for everyone as we navigate We learn to respond and not react to our daily routine and unexpected changes we have. Movement Driven Therapy is effective, interactive, and fun as we learn how we move through daily activities and how we interact with others. We use non verbal comminication to resolve conflict and creat peace and healtly relationships. "Wishing Well Workshops" mobilize us to enjoy life fully while Making Real Connections!

We all experience a range of feelings and many of them are at the same time. "Wishing Well Workshop" can help us sort out the timeline of our lives to improve some parts of ourselves.

Group goals can be incorporated with personal goals that help us in many aspects of self.
We can be mentally healthy or we may have a bit of something that troubles us that can be changed.  
These may include:
Low self esteem
Lack of confidence
Body image issues
Unresolved childhood issues
Bereavement Relationship concerns
Family issues
Living with special needs
Stress management 
Autistic Spectrum Support

These Wishing Well Workshops are for people who are eager and willing to work towards self-change and create greater awareness in their lives. Workshops present opportunities to enhance daily living.

What can I expect at the Wishing Well Workshop?

Making Real Connections Studio is full of life and laughter and this generates a feeling of optimisim for the future.

Parachute Fun

Each individual feels important by having opportunies to contribute to the sessions. Self-confidence develops with novel activities that stimulate awareness of selfand others. Between sessions it is beneficial to think about and practice lessons for Wishing Well Workshops to "work" in real life situations.

Children and adults find it helpful just to know that they are not alone and that others understand. New ideas can be generated to provide a new view on a difficult problem or point you in the direction of a solution. Many people find that Wishing Well Workshops help with  managing personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, and the challenges of daily life.   • Due to the social nature of the workshops, lawful confidentiality is not required. As a community outreach program, Making Real Connections is about connections, however, privacy will be honored and preserved within normal limits.
