Michele Conner is a wife, mother of three and a dance/movement therapist who specializes in individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy.  Along with owning and directing Making Real Connections, Michele maintains a private practice with the Growth Opportunity Center in her Creative Counseling Studio at 34 S. York Road in Hatboro, PA.

 A graduate of Oklahoma City University, with a Bachelor of Performing Arts and a  Master of Arts from Hahnemann University she is a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients.  Through Making Real Connections she uses her expertise to enhance early childhood development, family dynamics and individualized treatment for thoses with autistic spectrum disorders. Michele Conner also has experience with a wide range of mental health disorders.

Michele Conner supervises candidates for the Dance/Movement Therapy Program at Drexel University and other clinicians who seek higher levels of credentialing. As a member of the Growth Opportunity Center ASD Social Skills Team, she leads psychotherapy groups for all ages and supervises graduate interns in this milieu.

Michele Conner is a compassionate  and competent strength-based clinician who is child-centered and family-focused. The blend of traditional counseling with unique approaches of dance movement therapy allows her to meet each individual where they are. The American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA) defines dance/movement therapy as the psycho-therapeutic use of movement as a process which furthers the emotional, physical, and social integration of the individual. This movement through wind gives her wings.
